Fees and payment

It is required by the client to pay the invoiced amount at least 14 days before the commencement of any art classes
Payment is collected prior to the first class of the month.
The fees charged are inclusive of art materials unless clearly agreed between Li'l Creative Seed and the client.

Refund matters

For any cancellation of enrolment, kindly notify Li'l Creative Seed at least 7 days before class commences.
A refund of 80% shall be returned to the client if notification is given at least 7 days in advance.
If notice of cancellation is received within 7 days before the start of the classes, the client does not qualify for a refund of any amount.

Li'l Creative Seed reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to any unforeseen reason that might jeopardize the quality of the classes/workshop - illness of tutor/unavailability of raw materials for example. Li'l Creative Seed will try to offer a suitable replacement date/s or offer to refund all monies paid, or if you prefer, you can reserve your place on the next suitable date/s.

It is understood that the materials provided for all classes are replaceable in the occasion of shortage of raw materials as long as it is still capable of producing similar quality artwork.Students might be required to provide own materials e.g. recycled bottles,newspaper or eggshell, that are not purchasable and can easily be made available at a students' home for some of the art projects.Students may leave their works in progress however no liability is accepted in the event of loss or damage to their work.*

Li'l Creative seed retains the discretion to amend the art programs

Regarding works and materials

Litigation

It is agreed that Li'l Creative Seed shall not be held responsible for any accident/mishap or damage to property due to causes or reasons beyond Li'l Creative Seed control during classes.

Misc

If a child attending a class is behaving in such a way as to pose a threat to the safety and physical/emotional well-being of themselves or others,

Li'l Creative Seed reserves the right not to accept the child for the course.

Cancellation and missed classes by client

Please inform Li'l Creative Seed at least 3 days prior to class if you need to postpone the class, else Li'l Creative Seed reserves the right to offer NO replacement for the class missed.
There shall be no replacement class or prorate in class fees for lesson/s missed by individual students.
